First of all, let’s begin with what you’ll need. 

1. A DSLR or a smartphone camera to take high quality pictures. 
2. A tripod or a stable surface to place your camera to avoid taking blurry or out of frame photos. 

Now that you have all you need, keep the following tips in mind.

1. Set up the shot 

Before you take pictures of your beautiful property, make sure it’s looking its best. That means mowing the lawn and removing unwanted objects such as broken twigs, leaves etc. If you have a cabin listed, ensure it is looking clean and tidy as well. Remember, you want to make your property look inviting and comfortable for your guests. So make the bed and clean around the cabin to give campers a glimpse into their stay! 

For a campsite, set up a tent on your property. This gives some perspective to a photo and gives campers an idea of what the campsite would look like. Don’t have a tent handy? A simple blanket laid out along with some of your friends or family around the campsite can give that same effect. 2. Lighting matters!
